Pass Plus is a driver training course specifically aimed at newly qualified drivers, formulated by the Driving Standards Agency in conjunction with the help of leading car insurance companies and the driving instruction schools.
The Pass Plus course of lessons will add to your existing driving skills and road knowledge. It will teach you how to anticipate and deal with different types of road problems and can help you to deal with a variety of hazards to become more confident on the road.
Pass Plus provides you with the extra experience needed at a time when you are most likely to have an accident, and the bonus is that the amount you save on your car insurance could cover the cost of the training course.
You take the course, learn about different types of driving, ask questions of your Instructor and although you will be assessed you will not have to take a test! To receive and be issued with a Certificate of Completion you must successfully complete all the modules in the course to an ‘achieved’ or ‘exceeded’ standard.
Warden Hill provide the Pass Plus training course at a cost of £150.00, which includes course material, 6 hours of tuition, assessment and your certificate. You are able to learn with your current Driving Instructor, as all our Instructors are Pass Plus registered.
The course can be completed in a single day or split over several lessons to suit your individual needs. We can provide additional lessons if any particular areas need improving as agreed with your Instructor.
